• Develop and implement various regulations that define the details of each procedure for acquiring, using, storing, providing, deleting, and disposing of personal information, as well as the roles and responsibilities of the person in charge.

• Introduction of systems to prevent unauthorized external access to information systems that handle personal information

We will not retain personal information for longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of use. Specifically, we will delete the information within 30 days after the end of the service. However, this does not apply if there is a legal obligation to retain the information.

Instagram integration

This service will link with your Instagram account through the official Meta API. Data acquired through this link will be handled appropriately in accordance with Meta's Data Protection Addendum and this Privacy Policy. You can revoke the Genegram app's access permission and request data deletion at any time from the Instagram settings screen.

Disclaimer

Although we provide the Genegram service with the utmost care, some functions of the service may become unavailable due to changes in Instagram specifications, restrictions on the Meta official API, or other technical factors. Regardless of the reason, we shall not be liable for any damages incurred in relation to the use of this service.

User Data Deletion Procedure

If a user (i) cancels their membership to the Service, (ii) disconnects the Genegram app on Instagram, or (iii) requests the deletion of individual data, we will delete or anonymize the relevant user data acquired and stored through the Meta official API within a reasonable period of time (in principle within 30 days), excluding information that is required to be stored by law.
Users can make additional data deletion requests by sending an email to serviceadmin@by-push.com.
After we have completed the deletion, the user's Instagram account will no longer be accessible through the API.

Changes and Termination of Services

Please note that we may change the content of the Genegram service or suspend or terminate operation without notice due to changes in Instagram specifications, restrictions on the Meta official API, or other technical factors. Regardless of the reason, we shall not be liable for any damages caused by changes to the content of the service or the suspension or termination of operation.

Policy Changes

We may change this privacy policy as necessary. If there are any changes, we will notify you on our website. The changed policy will take effect from the time it is posted on the website.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The interpretation and application of this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of Japan. In the event of any dispute regarding this Policy, the Sapporo District Court or the Sapporo Summary Court shall be the court of first instance with exclusive jurisdiction.
